South Cerney Sixteen villagers set of from South Cerney The tarmac was hot as we checked our bags The welcome from Rohan, Rovalli and Roshni At Colombo we checked into the Galadari Nigel Evans, well good heavens Was very
gymnastic, as he tripped the light fantastic The school was great, the kids were sweet The bus decided to break one day We saw sights such as Buddhist monks Loo stops became a bit of a mystery We went into the jungle on safari Raymond with his nifty camcorder Some succumbed to Deli Belly, which was dire We also went to Sigiriya The house by the sea was out of this world We briefly visited a turtle farm The men consumed lots of Lion Larger We went for a boat ride down the river And now we’re back to where we began That’s the end. We thought we were witty! |
